The cottage is over 150 years old and suitable for both leisure and business activities.

In all sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms.

The cottage is near Repton in Derbyshire about 5 to 10 minutes from the A38, 6 miles from Burton-on-Trent. Public houses, restaurants and take away food places are found in the village. The main centre of the town is about a mile away.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed and room for a smaller bed or camp bed, and a downstairs sofa bed.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom with a WC, shower, a wash basin and a separate bath tub.

Kitchen: Gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and many new appliances in this recently fitted kitchen.
Utility Room: This is a separate room with washing machine in the outhouse that is attached to the cottage.
Living Rooms: Sitting room with a TV an open fire, armchairs and a sofa, the 2nd sitting room/diner is next to the kitchen.
Amenities: cooker/stove, coffee machine, oven and grill, fridge with a freezer unit, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, central heating, cot, high chair
A small patio is outside the kitchen with space for a small dining area, car parking is not a problem with its own drive and parking space.
